Our £201,000 Fundraising Pot
The moment everyone was waiting for — our grand total! We are thrilled to announce that we raised an astounding £201,000 for our headline charities, Marie Curie UK and The Care Workers’ Charity, along with our wonderful community-based charities:

Our Care Sector Fundraising Ball Committee
On Saturday night, we had the privilege of seeing the incredible team behind the Care Sector Fundraising Ball, led by the inspiring Angela Boxall 💚, CEO of Majesticare Luxury Care Homes.
A huge thank you goes out to each and every committee member who has worked tirelessly to bring this event to life. Your commitment, passion, and hard work truly shone through in the celebrations, and the success of the evening is a reflection of your spirit and dedication to the social care sector.

Our Champagne Reception

Our guests arrived, dressed to the nines in dazzling outfits and radiant smiles, ready to kick off the night with a champagne reception. As delicious canapés were passed around, members of the social care sector reconnected.
The ambiance was further elevated by the beautiful sounds of the London Strings quartet, who delivered pop songs with a refined, classical twist—setting the perfect tone for the evening ahead.

Our evening kicked off with the brilliant Ellie Taylor! As an actress, presenter, and comedian, Ellie brought her signature charm and wit to the stage, keeping us all entertained while seamlessly guiding us through the night’s plans and donation opportunities.

Ellie also introduced the wonderful celebrities joining us for the evening, including Paul Chuckle from the Chuckle Brothers and John Altman, famously known for his role as Nasty Nick in EastEnders. Their presence made the night even more memorable!

The evening was brought to life with a brilliant performance by the finalists of this year’s Care Sector’s Got Talent! Their incredible talents truly lit up the stage, and we owe a huge thank you to Robert Speker for coordinating the performance and making these finalists shine even brighter! 🌟

It’s a national programme run by Championing Social Care, designed to showcase the amazing talents within the social care sector. Whether it’s singing, dancing, comedy, magic, or music, this talent extravaganza celebrates the creativity and passion of those who make a difference every day!
Our Live Auction
One of the standout highlights of the night was undoubtedly the live auction, hosted by the legendary TV presenter and auctioneer Charlie Ross. The room buzzed with excitement as guests bid on an array of exclusive, luxurious prizes. Here’s a sneak peek at just a few of the fabulous lots that had everyone on the edge of their seats:
