What time should I arrive?
You are invited to arrive from 6:00 PM. The evening will begin with welcome drinks and canapés.
The event will run until approximately 1:00 AM.
What can I expect from the evening?
Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening including:
- A welcome drinks reception
- A three-course dinner curated by award-winning caterers
- Live entertainment and performances
- A high-energy fundraising auction
- Music and dancing into the early hours
What is on the menu?
The evening will feature a specially curated three-course meal, blending vibrant South Asian flavours with modern fine dining.
Guests will enjoy a variety of dishes across canapés, plated starters, a main course buffet, and a selection of desserts, followed by tea and coffee.
Vegetarian and other dietary options will be available.
What is the dress code?
This is a Black Tie event. Formal evening wear is encouraged.
How many guests will be seated at each table?
Each table will seat 12 guests.
How will I know where I’m sitting?
All guests will receive their table number via email ahead of the event.
What are the nearest train and tube stations?
Grosvenor House is well connected by public transport. Nearby stations include:
- Bond Street Station (Elizabeth, Jubilee and Central lines) – approximately 6 to 11 minutes’ walk
- Marble Arch Station (Central line) – approximately 5 minutes’ walk
- Green Park Station (Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines) – approximately 8 to 12 minutes’ walk
Is there parking at the venue?
There is no parking available on-site at Grosvenor House. However, the following car parks are within walking distance:
- Q‑Park Park Lane (W1K 7AN) – 5 to 7 minutes’ walk
- Q‑Park Marble Arch (W2 2ET) – approximately 10 minutes’ walk
- Euro Car Parks – The Mayfair Car Park (Achilles Way, W1K 1AB) – approximately 5 minutes’ walk
- Care Park – Grosvenor Square (W1K 2HP) – approximately 5 to 6 minutes’ walk

How can I get involved in fundraising?
There are plenty of ways to support the fundraising!
Donate directly: Anyone can make a contribution to help raise vital funds for Marie Curie and The Care Workers’ Charity. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference.
Take part in the auction:
- Our online auction will go live a few days before the Ball — so you can bid from anywhere!
- There will also be an exciting live auction on the night for guests attending the event.
Highlights from 2024
Over £200,000 was raised by the end of the night to be shared between Marie Curie and the Care Workers’ Charity with donations also being made to four smaller charities.
